While this is the Soft Clusters Baby Blanket’s blog debut, this pattern has been around since the beginning of Measured and Stitched. Originally published in November 2022, this 2025 update includes updated yarn and hook information, and has been resized to be a common stroller-blanket length and width.
The Yarn
I originally used a different yarn for this design, but after making the Pebblebrook Stripes Baby Blanket, I knew that Baby Bee Stork Struck was the perfect yarn for this update. It’s soft, but sturdy, and is super squishy!
I chose the Mint Charm colorway, but this baby blanket would look great any any color you choose. Since this cluster stitch baby blanket includes distinct sections, you could also make a striped version by alternating colors between the cluster sections and the solid sections.
