Lakewood Harbor Infinity Scarf
The very first infinity scarf I ever made was the Farmhouse Lace Infinity Scarf, and once I figured out how much flair an infinity scarf could add to a wardrobe, I was hooked!
This pattern uses single crochet and double crochet stitches to make a scarf that has a decorative, intricate look while still being accessible to beginners and advanced crocheters alike. If you’re needing a new accessory for your wardrobe, this lightweight crochet infinity scarf is a must-make for the spring season!
The Yarn
The yarn I chose for this design in Yarn Bee Yarntopia. This acrylic yarn is a size 2 sport weight yarn, which I knew would be perfect for a lightweight crochet infinity scarf. this was my first time working with size 2 yarn, so I was a bit hesitant to get started, but I was absolutely amazed with how well this yarn worked up. The stitch definition is fantastic, and the finished scarf is soft and breathable.
As for color, I chose the Ocean colorway. It caught my eye as I was wandering the aisles of yarn and I just couldn’t resist! If you look back through my last few projects you’ll see that this shade of blue is one of my favorites. The best part, though, is that the Yarntopia yarn comes in a variety of rich colors! No matter what color hues you gravitate to, you are sure to find a colorway that best compliments your favorite outfit or your entire wardrobe.
